Meeting and Events

Multiplier Events 

To effectively implement and maximise the impact of the GIG UP Project, all project partners undertook multiplier events in in each partner country. These events were designed to disseminate the project’s outcomes and raise awareness among a broader audience. 

By implementing these events, we aimed to ensure a comprehensive and collaborative approach to achieving GİG UP’s goals, fostering learning, and making a significant and lasting impact within the relevant community. 

Project Meetings

The GIG UP project, now in its final stages, has seen active collaboration among project partners. Through numerous online meetings and transnational project sessions, discussions were held on project development, implementation progress, and the incorporation of new elements. 

Notably, the final evaluation meeting convened in Valladolid, Spain, from the 29th to the 30th of January 2024. 

During this conclusive meeting, partners delved into comprehensive discussions covering various facets of the project. Topics included project implementation, achievements, multiplier events, local activities, dissemination processes, sustainability strategies, financial reporting, a summary overview, and an interactive session for questions and answers. 

The meeting also addressed the crucial aspect of ensuring the continuity of the project beyond its formal conclusion. The collaborative efforts and insights shared during these transnational project meetings have played a pivotal role in shaping the success of the project.
